Use Cloud Central credentials
Sign up using your work email address and a password. These are new credentials, separate from your corporate employee credentials. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) isn't supported. This is the most commonly used sign-in option.
Use your corporate credentials (federated identity)
Use single sign-on to log in to Cloud Central using credentials from your corporate directory. We currently support identity federation with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD), and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
Identity federation uses open standards, such as Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML) and OpenID Connect (OIDC). MFA is supported if your third-party identity provider supports it.
Follow these instructions to get started with identity federation. If you need help, contact the NetApp Cloud Central team using the chat icon available in the lower-right of Cloud Central, or by emailing us at saas.support@netapp.com.

Note: Your account will be locked after 10 consecutive failed logins from the same IP address. If your account is locked, you’ll need to reset your password or contact us at saas.support@netapp.com.
